Junior Beginner Group

Do you want to give golf a go? No Clubs, no problem. all equipment can be provided

Group coaching is an ideal way for juniors to learn the basics of playing golf. Getting to grips with the correct technique early will give them the best possible start to their golfing life. Our junior courses include information on how to play golf but also on the rules and the etiquette, equipping young golfers with all the skills and knowledge they will need out on the golf course. Group lessons allow children to increase their confidence, make new friends, learn something new and go at their own pace. Each session includes a worksheet, highlighting all that is covered in the sessions. Courses are available for all levels of players, our beginner junior courses are ideal for new into golf players whereas our advanced groups cater for more advanced players (see below).
No equipment, no problem. All clubs can be provided free of charge.
Junior Beginner and Advanced Courses
6 week course - £36.00
Discounted rate for range balls
AGE 5-7
Lets get them having some fun and learning this brilliant game early in life. They will learn putting, chipping, pitching and full golf swing amongst other aspects of playing golf.
We would look to start them off doing "Golf Foundation Start Golf Levels 1&2".
AGE 8-10
This is a popular age to start playing golf at a time when kids learn very quickly. At this stage we will be looking to take them through "Golf Foundation Play Golf Levels 3&4".
AGE 11-14
At this age with the kids having a greater learning capacity we aim to move through the levels and build an indepth understanding of the elements relating to playing on the course.
We will be aiming to take them through "Golf Foundation Play Golf level 5"
These are run as group lessons which give children a great opportunity to interact with others whilst helping them to achieve personal goals
Club hire is free if required, golf balls will need to be purchased each session at £2.75 per 50 or £4.75 per 100 balls
Groups run most days and by qualified PGA Golf Professionals (all CRB checked)
6 week course - £36. (6x1 hour session)
Junior Terms and Conditions
1. Courses run for 4 consecutive weeks at the allotted day and time
2. The lesson fee (£36.00) is payable on the first lesson
3. The maximum number for any group is 8
4. A contact details sheet must be filled in before lessons can commence
5. For children under 7 years it is requested that parents stay with their child during the sessions
6. If a session is missed, the child is welcome to catch up the missed session by joining a session with another group, should space be available
7. No refunds are given for any sessions that are missed
